7. Brunton’s formula Child dose = (0.4)(Age at next birthday)(Adult dose) 
8. Fried’s formula Child dose = (0.08)(Age at next birthday)(Adult dose) 
9. Martinet’s formula Child dose = (0.05)(Adult dose)
