Vitrellae are thin-walled glass capsules containing a volatile ingredient and protected by absorbent cotton wool and an outer silk bag. During its use, the capsule is crushed and the vapor is inhaled.

Liquid inhalation: Amyl nitrite 0.2 ml/dose
